really nice pic. he does not look like he can be very functional in that super big armor, he'll be a slow easy target and easy to get and beat down. the soze of the armor does give him alot of defense though. the coloring looks great as well as the lighting and detailing. what is he, some kind of cyborg i love drawing cyborgs? th proportions are off if you tried to portray realism which i doubt you were. really good job, 8 of 10.

well actually(and this a big actually) space marines are gentically modified. given surgical implants, a 2nd heart, a 3rd lung, they are given a re-enforced skeleton and muscle implants, they are roughly 3 meters tall and are capable of healing at an incredible rate. among other super human, feats. but i digress.

the power armour he wears is also aided by servo motors which help him move around, they are decptivlry fast and are in no way incumbered by their ceramite exoskelton, it is like a scond skin to them.

Ragnar possess no real technological implants most space wolves don't relying more on natural brute strength, but their is a legion called the iron fists that is almost entirely made of marines that are more "cyborg" that true marines.

but his proportions are a little more acurate due to his enhanced and altered physiological state.

nah i didnt get offended, the warhammer 40k story/background is really long and detailed, it's not the first time someones mentioned proportions and it wont be the last. and i always value critiques, especially ones that have very valid poinits.
